What is the cost of the course and how do I pay?

The cost of Digital Driving is $39.99. You can pay immediately using a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. You may also pay by mailing a money order to:

How long do I have to complete the course?

Digital Driving allows up to 120 calendar days to complete the 4-hour course once you have registered. Digital Driving is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How many credits will this course take off my driving record?

Digital Driving can remove 3 points from your driving record when you have accumulated between 3 and 11 points.

Is it secure to send my credit card information over the Internet?

Yes, due to the sensitive nature of credit card transactions, Digital Driving uses a secure site for your credit card information.

Yes! Digital Driving is DMV approved.

What are the requirements for successful completion?

In order to pass the course you must:

  • Attend the full 5-hour course
  • Do not attempt to circumvent the course
  • Accurately answer course content and personal validation questions
  • Score a 70% or better on the final exam

What if I score too low on the final exam?

If you score too low on your final examination, you may review course material online or speak to a instructor.

How will I receive my Certificate of Completion?

A copy of the certificate will be mailed to you and to the DMV.

What happens if I get disconnected?

If you get disconnected from your internet provider for any reason, simply reconnect and log back into the course. You will start on the segment you left off and your performance will not be affected.

Yes! Digital Driving is designed to be convenient. You may take the course 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can access the course from any location that has internet access.

What happens if I have problems while taking the course or the system malfunctions for any reason?

If you experience any problem while taking the course, please call 888-522-2226 for assistance. At Digital Driving, we have technical staff that can assist you 24 hours a day, seven days a week with any problems you may experience while taking the course. If for any reason you encounter a system outage or interruption while taking the course, the staff at Digital Driving can provide you with accurate estimates on repair times so you can properly budget the remaining time you have left to complete the course.
